A human performance company committed to forging mentally and physically stronger men and women. 

I’m Matt Virnau, a 10-year special operations veteran and the founder of Forged Human Performance. My life's journey has been intricately intertwined with the concept of forging, and it's this very notion that fuels our mission at ForgedHP.

In the unforgiving realm of special operations, I discovered the transformative power of a positive mindset, an unwavering discipline towards fitness, and the critical role of proper nutrition. It's akin to how steel is heated, hammered, and tempered into something stronger and more resilient. In that crucible of challenges, I witnessed ordinary individuals evolving into extraordinary heroes, bound by an unshakable commitment to their mission. This transformational experience led me to believe that we all possess the potential for profound change, given the right tools and guidance.

  • TEAM SUBSCRIPTIONS
    With a Team Subscription, you have the freedom to choose between several programs depending on your personal goals. Workouts are delivered to you daily via the TeamBuildr App.

    BOOTCAMP
    If you live in the Boerne, TX area, come join our great community of growth minded people, who unite to train and improve! We meet bi-weekly for group strength training and fellowship.

    ONLINE COACHING
    If you have more detailed goals or are training for a specific event, one of our coaches can meet with you and discuss your needs. These workouts are delivered weekly, via the TeamBuildr App, directly to you.

    SMALL GROUP
    If you need a little more accountability but still enjoy training with friends, small group training allows for 3-5 individuals, who have similar goals, to come together and help transform each other into their best self. Limited spots available.

  • Pistol and Carbine Rifle Courses
    Fully customizable course that can focus on one or both weapon systems. We use a crawl, walk, run methodology in our firearms training. Safety is paramount and must be shown before advancing to more dynamic training. Our coaches are NRA Certified Instructors capable of teaching NRA approved courses as well.

    Medical Training
    Fully customizable courses can be prepared to address most pre-hospital medical concerns. Our coaches are certified Red Cross Instructors capable of teaching Basic Fist Aid, CPR/AED for Adults and Pediatrics, Wilderness and Remote First Aid, First Aid for Severe Trauma, and much more!
